Motion by Miller to adopt RESOLUTION 2009-A; A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL FOR THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE JOINT FOUR COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT OF DEFIANCE, FULTON, PAULDING, AND WILLIAMS COUNTY OF OHIO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Seconded by Childs. Motion carried.

Council approved the designation of a handicap parking space on the west side of the 100 block of North Main Street.
