LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS VILLAGE OF PAYNE, OHIO

The Village of Payne, Ohio, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of one (1)brush chipper for use by the Village Street Department. Equipment shall besubstantially equivalent to an Altec DC 1317 Brush Chipper and shall meet theminimum specifications established by the Village of Payne. Completespecifications may be obtained from the Village Office during normal businesshours.

Sealed bids shall be clearly marked:

"Brush Chipper Bid – Village of Payne"

and delivered to:

Sealed bids must be received no later than:

4:00 p.m. on August 7th, 2026.

Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of Village Council beginning at:

7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10th, 2026

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Village.
