Water and Sewer Operator in Training
Brant is a 2019 Wayne Trace Graduate. 2020 American FFA Degree Recipient who was hired in 2021. Brant as since earned is Water Operator License and is currently working on his Sewer License. In his free time, Brant enjoys camping, spending time with friends and family, and watching Steelers football.
James (Randy) Miller
Street & Park Manager
Randy is a Payne native. Born and raised here he has spent the a large part of his life serving the community. Randy served on council for 20 years (4 terms). After more than 20 years with Lipperts (Taylor Made Glass) Randy decided to join the Village of Payne staff as our Street Operator. Randy takes a lot of pride in the Village and is hard working. Randy enjoys Nascar & Buckeye Football in his downtime.
