The Village of Payne accepts online ACH Payments (from a Checking or Savings Account) for free, and debit and credit card payments. (additonal fee applies to credit and debit card payments) 

• This platform allows the ability to set up automatic payments, but to do so you will need to set up an online account.
•  To set up a new account, click the "Pay Now" button below.  At the top of the screen, chooses "Log In to Doxo", and then choose "Sign Up".  
• It is not necessary to set up an account to make a one time payment.

If you are struggling to pay your current water bill, the water department may be willing to accept a repayment plan to help spread out your water bill payments. The repayment policy must be completed by the resident and approved by the BPA. These are decided case by case. Prior history can be a determination for the Repayment Policy.
